An experimental environment
fundQool is an experimental environment for research into fund tokenisation. The T0 scenario models primary issuance and transfers between synthetic holders. It uses synthetic data and test tokens; it does not create a real investment fund or an interest in assets.
The application does not accept investments, hold client funds, settle monetary consideration or operate a venue for trading real financial instruments. Its content is not an offer, solicitation, prospectus or investment recommendation.
Interpreting the results
A model price is a scenario input, not an executable quote or a valuation. Synthetic activity does not establish market demand, liquidity, expected returns or the behaviour of real investors. Model time and the timestamp of a blockchain record are different measurements.
Only a dataset explicitly marked as published, with its manifest and provenance, is a released research output. A local demonstration, planned target or screenshot does not establish public network operation. Test networks may be interrupted, reorganised or reset.
Responsible use
Use the versioned methodology and accompanying data dictionary when analysing a dataset. Record its identifier, scenario version, cutoff and manifest hash in research outputs. Do not put names, contact details, credentials or real client data into synthetic scenarios or public blockchain records.
This is a technical research sandbox. The term does not imply admission to a regulatory sandbox, a financial-services licence, or approval by a regulator. Later product stages require their own design, validation and approvals.
