Website and participant accounts
The public website is live. Participant accounts remain planned and are not active. InQool, a.s. is the operator of fundQool and the controller of personal data processed through this service. Privacy and service enquiries can be sent to info@inqool.cz. Processing grounds, retention periods and provider arrangements must be completed before participant enrolment is activated.
Data categories
The prepared account flow processes an email address, authentication identifiers, project membership and role, invitation status and security events. Project discussions contain the text participants submit, author identifiers and timestamps. Hosting and authentication services may also process IP addresses and technical access logs.
The fund simulation uses synthetic actors and test data. It must not include personal details of real investors. Public blockchain records may remain available beyond the operation of this website; personal data must not be written to them.
Cookies and external services
The application uses necessary session and short-lived authentication cookies for sign-in, invitation handling and security. These are not marketing cookies. Language is selected through the page address. No advertising or audience-measurement scripts are included in this release.
The public website is hosted on Vercel. Supabase is the selected service for authentication and project data. Google is an optional sign-in provider. The actual regions, subprocessors, email provider and any international-transfer safeguards must be recorded in the final privacy notice. SMS is not active.

Privacy requests can be sent to info@inqool.cz. Before live enrolment, the final notice must specify the applicable processing grounds, retention periods, how rights requests are handled and the competent supervisory authority.
Do not submit personal participant data until the final notice and hosted service have been activated.
